What is Lidotral ?

Lidotral is an advanced topical analgesic cream designed for effective pain relief in conditions such as neuralgia, arthritis, and post-surgical pain. It contains lidocaine as its active ingredient, which works by blocking nerve signals to alleviate discomfort and pain in the applied area. Lidotral is commonly recommended for its fast-acting and localized pain-relief properties, providing patients with a non-invasive treatment option.

• Tremor or seizures
• Confusion, dizziness, drowsiness, lightheadedness
• Blurred or double vision
• Slow, fast, or uneven heartbeat
• Troubled or shallow breathing, trouble swallowing
• Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
• Pale, gray, or blue lips, nails, or skin, dark urine, headache, unusual tiredness or weakness

• Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.
• Do not use a heating pad, electric blanket, or any other heat source over the patch. However, you may apply Ztlido® patch on the skin after exposure to a moderate heat setting.
• Call your doctor if your symptoms do not improve or if they get worse.
• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have kidney disease, liver disease, heart problems, lung or breathing problems, porphyria (enzyme problem), a blood disorder, G6PD, or epilepsy.
• This medicine may cause methemoglobinemia (blood disorder).
• Do not give lidocaine solution to a child younger than 3 years of age for teething pain, unless your doctor says it is okay.
• Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
