What is Phenylephrine-Dm-Gg ?

Phenylephrine-DM-GG is a combination medication typically used to alleviate symptoms associated with the common cold, allergies, or other respiratory illnesses. It contains phenylephrine, a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages; dextromethorphan, a cough suppressant that affects the signals in the brain that trigger cough reflex; and guaifenesin (GG), an expectorant that helps loosen congestion in the chest and throat, making it easier to cough out through the mouth.
