What is Rocklatan ?

Rocklatan (netarsudil and latanoprost ophthalmic solution) is a prescription eye drop designed to reduce elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. This combination medication includes netarsudil, a rho kinase inhibitor, and latanoprost, a prostaglandin analogue, working together to enhance aqueous humor outflow from the eye and decrease pressure efficiently.

• Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
• Blurred vision or other changes in vision
• Severe eye irritation or inflammation

• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have other eye or vision problems, eye infection (including herpes simplex eye infection), or a history of eye inflammation (including iritis or uveitis).
• Ophthalmic routeIf you hurt your eye, develop an eye infection, or need to have eye surgery, talk with your doctor right away. You may need to change your medicine or stop using it.
• Your doctor will check your progress and the effects of this medicine at regular visits. Keep all appointments.
• Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
