¿Qué es Rukobia?
Rukobia (fostemsavir) es un medicamento antirretroviral utilizado para tratar la infección por VIH-1 en adultos con opciones de tratamiento limitadas debido a resistencia, intolerancia o consideraciones de seguridad con otras terapias. Funciona como un inhibidor de la adhesión, bloqueando la unión del virus a las células huésped, lo que impide su entrada y posterior replicación. - Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing

Warnings
- This medicine may cause heart rhythm problems.
- Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
- Your immune system may get stronger when you start taking HIV medicines. This could cause a hidden infection in your body to become active. Tell your doctor right away if you notice any changes in your health.
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, or if you have kidney disease, liver disease (including hepatitis B or C infection), heart disease, or a history of heart rhythm problems (including QT prolongation).
- Do not breastfeed. You can spread HIV or AIDS to your baby through your breast milk.
