Tribenzor is used to treat adults with hypertension. This medication contains a calcium channel blocker, a thiazide diuretic, and an angiotensin receptor blocker. Amlodipine and olmesartan relax blood vessels so blood can flow more easily. Hydrochlorothiazide causes the body to get rid of extra salt and water by increasing urine production. This medication is available as a tablet.
