What is Adbry?
Adbry (tralokinumab-ldrm) is a monoclonal antibody designed to specifically target and neutralize IL-13, a cytokine implicated in the inflammatory response of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. Administered via subcutaneous injection, Adbry offers patients with atopic dermatitis an alternative treatment option by modulating the immune response and reducing skin inflammation and itching.Side Effects
- Redness, pain, or swelling of the eye, eyelid, or inner lining of eyelid
- Unusual tiredness or weakness
- Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing

- Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.
- Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have eye or vision problems or a parasite infection.
- This medicine may increase risk for eye infections, including conjunctivitis or keratitis
