Care in three simple steps
Tell us how you feel
Pick your symptoms and fill out a short, secure intake. It takes a few minutes.
Meet a licensed provider
A U.S.-licensed provider reviews your answers, meets with you online and makes a treatment plan.
Pick up at your pharmacy
If you are prescribed a medication, it is sent to the local pharmacy you choose, often the same day. Show an Rx.com coupon to save.
One flat price. No insurance needed.
You know the cost before you start, and there are no surprise bills afterward.
Save on the medication, too
Prescriptions are filled at your local pharmacy and paid for there. Most are inexpensive generics, and a free Rx.com coupon can lower the price further. If you have insurance, compare your copay with the coupon price and pay whichever is lower.

When to get in-person or emergency care
Online urgent care is for common, non-emergency conditions. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for:
- Chest pain or pressure, or trouble breathing
- Signs of a stroke: face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech
- Severe allergic reaction: swelling of the face, lips or throat
- Fainting, confusion, a seizure or a severe headache
- Heavy bleeding, a serious injury or severe pain
- Thoughts of harming yourself (call or text 988)
See a doctor in person for a high or lasting fever, symptoms that get worse after treatment, or a UTI with fever, back or side pain, or vomiting. The online provider may also refer you to in-person care.
Urgent care questions
What does the $99 visit include?
An online visit with a U.S.-licensed provider, a diagnosis and treatment plan, and, if the provider prescribes, your prescription sent to the local pharmacy you choose. The medication itself is not included: you pay for it at the pharmacy.
How much will the medication cost?
It depends on the medication and the pharmacy. Most medications prescribed for these conditions are inexpensive generics. Before you pick up, compare free Rx.com coupon prices at pharmacies near you; with insurance, check your copay too and use whichever is lower.
Do I need insurance?
No. The visit is a flat $99, self-pay, and no insurance is billed. You can still use your insurance or an Rx.com coupon for the medication at the pharmacy.
Will I always get a prescription?
No. The provider prescribes only when it is medically appropriate. Many visits end with a treatment plan and advice instead, such as for a cold that is viral and will not respond to antibiotics.
What if online care is not right for my symptoms?
The provider will tell you and recommend in-person care. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Where is it available?
Adults 18+ in most U.S. states. Online urgent care is not available in Louisiana or Mississippi.

One flat $99 visit, and your prescription, if you need one, at the pharmacy down the street.
For non-emergencies only. Medication is paid separately at the pharmacy.
